* A A Hall (known affectionately as 'Tanker' Hall by pupils of the 1930's and 40's) will be remembered as a music teacher at the Boys High School (later to be known as the Grammar School for Boys). He wrote the music of the school song - 'Alma Mater' to the words of another teacher at the school - 'Piggy' Wade. ** Mrs J Russell Smith was the Societies Accompanist for many years. She was born in 1888 and died at the age of 98 in 1986
NOTE :-The programme had been produced on the 'cheap'. - cost to theatre-goers 2d (old money!) and contained only 12 pages. Thus there are no photographs available to display.
